THE ARTIST
Teachers and artists, Marta de Gonzalo and Publio Pérez Prieto work in Madrid since 2000 with different artivism and political art activities of installations, video performances, narrative and designs, a.s.o, in a multimedia idea of creation. Their main objective is to connect theoretical and political reflection and practical work; they develop also teacher and social training, artists training, as well as alphabetizing of youngsters about media, popular culture and politics.
DESCRIPTION
Works with Paper, screen, sound, sculpture materials, light, body art, theatrical performance.
They have exhibited in Matadero Madrid, Cáceres; Puertas de Castilla, Murcia; Intermediae Matadero, Madrid; Foundation La Caixa, between other spaces.
